I had the work performed at the Muffler Man, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Chuck and Al, two great guys, fabricated the system for me. Took them about 4 hours. Mufflers are Dynomax Super Turbos, and are custom fit for the SHO (P/N's 17684, 17685).

So a few years later, I replace the falling apart exhaust with a new 2-1-2 y-pipe and catback. Lo and behold, the cats were hollow. Not like 'damaged by improper tuning' hollow, like hey-cletus-cats-are-bad-too-much-backpressure-yuk-yuk-yuk hollowed out. That explained the incredible amount of buzz produced by the exhaust. Angry? Yes I was.
