Some info about this panel: Switches are made by E-Switch, D16 series backlit pushbutton switches, alternate action, 2xDPDT Switch labels were laserjet printed on transparency, Andale Mono font, 16 point, 300dpi. Console extension was constructed from generic sheet plastic, 3/8", purchased from Parts Express. It's held together by about 20 L-shaped pieces of metal superglued in place, and reinforced by JB Weld at the front and back of the panel. Lighting gaps were filled from the inside with RTV silicone. Panel was then repainted with Ford interior paint. The switches are unlit when turned off, lit when turned on. For nighttime visibility, when the parking lamps are on, the switches are dimly backlit. A dimmer switch was added (not in these pictures) to set the brightness. When a switch is turned on, the backlight comes on full. The 1st DPDT switch controls this action, and the 2nd DPDT switch activates a relay to control the device (switched ground activation). I like buttons and blinking lights, so when my car was laid up waiting for parts for 60K/Stage 1 cams, I took it upon myself to make this. Wish I could have found a sheet plastic that matched the grain of the original console a little better, but oh well. Inside the switch console, with the 6 DPDT switches installed.
